- What are your shipping cost?
- We charge a flat $5.00 shipping cost to help us fulfill small orders. If you order $50 or more you will get free shipping.
- What is the refund policy?
- To protect our customers' health and safety, MexicanCandy.com only accepts returns of non-edible items that have not been opened. Refunds for returns exclude shipping costs.
- What are the shipping options?
- Ship within 3-7 business days via UPS or USPS to the 48 Contiguous U.S. States
- Do you charge taxes?
- We do not charge any sales tax on candy.
- When will I receive my order?
- Depending on the shipping carrier we expect 3-7 business days.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
- Please contact the shipping carrier first and submit a claim. Once we have a claim number we can reship your items.
- What do I do if I received a damaged order?
- Please contact the shipping carrier first and submit a claim. Once we have a claim number we can reship your items.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
- You can cancel or change an order as long as it has not been released into our fulfillment system. (can be seconds, minutes or hours depending on our backlog) Please email us at info@mexicancandy.com immediately.
- Is my candy going to melt?
- We cannot guarantee any items being melted or damaged due to weather issues. Please be considerate of the items you order and the weather in your area.
- What happens if you do not have the product I ordered?
- If we are aware of a product that is out of stock our website will say it is out of stock and not allow you to order. However, there is the possibility of us running out of an item at the time you placed the order. We will make contact with you via phone or email to see if we can substitute it with a similar item or we will just refund the item. Some Mexican candies have different branded names. It's basically the same candy just private labeled under a different name. If this is the case we will just send it to you without even bothering you.
